Job Mission:
The Chef will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, adhering to the hotel’s standards. They will collaborate with the kitchen team to create exceptional dining experiences, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with food safety and sustainability protocols.

What are we looking for?
– Studies in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related fields.
– At least 2 years of experience as a cook in hotels, restaurants, or similar environments.
– Proficiency in modern and traditional culinary techniques; experience in international cuisine is a plus. – Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented individual, capable of working under pressure and as part of a team.
– Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
– Knowledge of English is a plus, especially for interacting with international guests and colleagues.
