Cook Helper

As a Kitchen Assistant , you will bring to our culinary brigade a new wave of creativity, a constant thirst for learning and a burning passion for the art of gastronomy.

• Contributes to the smooth operation of the kitchen service, while ensuring an exceptional culinary experience for our customers.
• Works as part of a team to maximize customer satisfaction and comfort by responding positively and promptly to their requests.
• Takes responsibility for the tasks and duties related to the position, ensuring that all tasks are carried out professionally and within the given deadlines.
• Contributes to the implementation of the department’s plans and objectives, where the hotel’s initiatives and objectives are achieved.
• Collaborates with his direct superiors, ensuring cost and inventory control, as well as achieving set productivity and performance levels.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.

Ensures compliance with legislation by ensuring that due diligence standards and best practices are planned, implemented and duly documented for internal and external audits, with rigorous follow-up.
 

• Prior experience in cooking is an asset, but not essential.
• Proactive and operational approach, with a positive attitude and a practical mindset.
• Having an eye for detail and a passion for the hotel and restaurant industry, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to propose creative solutions and to fully assume the tasks assigned.
