The lively Signia by Hilton is looking for a Cook I to join their culinary team. This role will be supporting La Luce, our signature restaurant created by famed Napa Valley chef and restaurateur Donna Scala. This modern Italian country kitchen serves dinner nightly and features thin crust pizzas, homemade pasta, Mediterranean-inspired drinks and a Trattoria-style wine program.
Ideal candidate has at least 2-5 years of culinary experience in a fine dining restaurant setting. Seeking someone with a sense of urgency and passion for cooking.
Shift Pattern: PM shift between the hours of 4pm-12am. Weekend and holiday availability required.
Pay Rate: $24.72 per hour
