Job Description

 

Providing Inspired Food & Beverage to highlight the destination we represent is one of our passions.  Every memorable dining experience begins behind the scenes with our Culinary team’s commitment to safe, efficient operations and exceptional cuisine. As a Cook IV (Cook’s Helper), the care you devote to food and workspace preparation will result in the creation of truly spectacular fare.

Hourly Rate:  $27.98

What you will be doing:

  • Prepare ingredients used by the culinary team including, but not limited to thoroughly cleaning and cutting produce
  • Assembling menu items such as sandwiches and pizza
  • Assist cooks with garnishing, as needed
  • Ensure overall cleanliness and maintenance of our kitchen exceeds expectations
  • Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
  • Maintain a clean workstation and minimize waste
  • Strive to advance his/her knowledge, skills and abilities and consistently share these with others
  • Adhere to the State of Hawaii Dept of Health & EHC (Environmental Health Consultancy) food handling safety standards
