Conocimiento en Hotelería
Experiencia en áreas de Recursos Humanos
Atención a cliente interno constante y fluida
Seguimiento a requerimientos de empleados y apoyo en actividades de gerencia
Administración de todas las áreas relacionadas con empleados: gimnasio, uso de centros de consumo, lockers, enfermería, etc.
-Experiencia en Hotelería indispensable
-Experiencia en área de Recursos Humanos
-Conocimientos básicos en entrevistas por competencias y reclutamiento y selección
-Actitud de servicio
