The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is looking for a Culinary Logistics Assistant , who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. This position reports to the Chief Butcher.

Education

High School Graduate

Experience

Prior Experience in a Hotel Receiving Dept or High-Volume Kitchen preferred

Responsibilities

• Receiving Clerk experience or formal Culinary Training is highly desirable
• In-depth knowledge of meat, seafood, fruits, vegetables, and specialty products
• Knowledge of Weights, Cut, Grade, and Freshness Indicators
• Knowledge of Purchase Order Specifications
• Strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with HACCP and other food safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
