About you:

• You are passionate about local produce. There is no such a thing as a simple dish because you are all about creating gastronomic experiences for our guests. You are a key part for the success of the daily kitchen operations.
• You have previous experience in pizza making, including dough handling, sauce preparation and oven operation.
• You are trade qualified and available to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.

What you will be doing:

• Work with Executive Chef and Sous Chef to supervise all operational aspects of the kitchen and related venues, including conference & events.
• Ensure strict hygiene and safety procedures.

The Novotel & ibis styles Melbourne Airport is a new dual-branded property that opened its doors on 1 July 2024. Our elegant ballroom can host up to 480 guests for a cocktail-style event or 240 for a seated banquet and can be effortlessly divided into Ballroom 1, 2, and 3, providing flexible configurations to suit any occasion, whether it’s a conference, workshop, product launch, or celebration.
