What Awaits You:

• Preparing food for our restaurant, bar, and banquet areas according to our recipes and guidelines, and plating with great attention to detail
• Preparing the mise-en-place
• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
• Responsible handling of all kitchen utensils

What We’re Looking for in You:

• completed training as a chef
• Passion for cooking
• Excellent teamwork skills and a keen eye for detail
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen processes
• Guest-oriented approach
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, even with incorrect orders or special requests
• HACCP is familiar to you, and maintaining a hygienic working environment is second nature to you
