About the location:

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.

• • Oversee and manage the hotels’ digital strategy with a proactive and creative approach to all digital and electronic marketing platforms.
  • Support the Directors of PR & Communication and agency partners with digital marketing strategies and tactics including SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing (LMLM) and display advertising to ensure messaging and creative is aligned across all platforms
  • Work closely with digital media agencies for new campaigns implementation, budget allocation and reporting overall web and traffic performance across all platforms
  • Oversees and optimizes online and offline presence of Hotel/Resort including content and images on Four Seasons-owned channels (FS.com, Four Seasons App, Preferred Partner, Sales Resource, etc.), OTAs and partner websites, ensuring alignment with the Hotel’s/Resort’s positioning, business objectives, and storytelling.
  • Coordinate production of photo and video shoots at the hotel/resort.
  • Oversees the hotel’s/Resort’s digital content strategy and manages all paid social media campaigns, creating relevant and engaging content and increasing follower engagement. Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools. Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms.
  • Support the Directors of PR & Communications to develop integrated PR, social media and content programs which capitalize on unique and newsworthy stories as well as leveraging unexpected opportunities as they arise.
