Director of Catering Sales

Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, PCH Hotels and Resorts, Inc. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. The Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center is a AAA Four Diamond property featuring nearly 300,000 square feet of event space, including a 70,000+ square-foot exhibit hall capable of hosting more than 7,500 guests. From major conventions and corporate meetings to galas, weddings, and social events, the property offers an exceptional platform for an accomplished catering sales professional to drive significant business and make an impact.

We are seeking a Director of Catering Sales to lead our property’s catering sales efforts. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this is a hands-on sales leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys developing business, building client relationships, coaching a team, and turning sales strategy into measurable results.
