Director of Human Resources

Director of Human Resources | Marrakech, Morocco

A rare opportunity to lead the people transformation of one of Marrakech’s most iconic hotels.

Following more than 25 years under the Le Méridien brand, this landmark property will soon transition to the Autograph Collection by Marriott, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR leader to shape the next chapter of the hotel’s journey.

Reporting directly to the General Manager and serving as a member of the Executive Committee, the Director of Human Resources will lead HR strategy for 180+ associates, drive organizational change, oversee complex employee and labor relations, build leadership capability, and help create a high-performing culture during a significant period of transformation.

We’re particularly interested in candidates with:

  • Hotel HR leadership experience
  • Change management, rebranding, or hotel transition experience
  • Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor law
  • Experience managing union and employee relations environments
  • A passion for talent development and culture building
  • Fluency in French and English
