About the location:

Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina.

We are currently seeking a visionary and strategic Director of People & Culture to join our Planning Committee. In this permanent role, you will be the driving force behind our talent strategy, shaping an environment where our team members can thrive and deliver the legendary Four Seasons service.

What you will do

• Lead efforts to secure today’s and tomorrow’s talent through a steadfast commitment to proactive recruitment strategies, robust performance management, and structured career development processes.
• Oversee the training, induction, and seamless integration of new Human Resources team members to their roles, the property, and the Four Seasons culture.
• Build and sustain strong, collaborative relationships with the General Manager and fellow Planning Committee members.
• Act as a strategic Business Partner for the hotel, guiding colleagues on HR essentials while fostering relationships as a coach—providing advice and insights that inspire teams to work in innovative and productive ways.
