Director of People and Culture

We are seeking a visionary and decisive Director of People & Culture to join our opening leadership team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our organization’s human resources strategies and foster a positive, high-performance culture in a dynamic island setting.

• Develop and implement strategic People & Culture initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Lead and mentor a team of People & Culture professionals, ensuring excellence in all People & Culture functions
• Drive talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies to support business growth
• Oversee performance management processes and initiatives to optimize employee productivity
• Spearhead organizational development programs to enhance company culture and employee engagement
• Collaborate with senior leadership to address complex employee relations issues and mitigate risks
• Analyze People & Culture metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and regulations
• Manage the People & Culture budget and resource allocation effectively
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
