About the location:

Centuries-old Lebanese hospitality with a modern twist. At Four Seasons Hotel Beirut, our passionate team of local insiders can’t wait to introduce you to the people and places that make our stylish and friendly city tick. From the Hotel’s downtown location, you can set out to explore the capital’s bustling markets, admire ancient ruins, bask in the sun along our Mediterranean coastline and discover the natural wonders that lie within the snow-capped Lebanese Mountains just a short drive away. Or, simply take it all in at once from our 26th-floor rooftop, offering one of the best views in the entire city.

 

 

The Role of Director of Rooms:

Following an extensive renovation and restoration, The Four Seasons Hotel Beirut is anticipated to reopen in 2026, marking an exciting new chapter for our property. We are now seeking a Director of Rooms to join our team and help shape its future.

 

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for leading the operations of the Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge and Housekeeping.

 

Responsibilities will include ensuring that Four Seasons standards are met through team leadership, training, and development, responding to a wide variety of guest requests, and adding your personal recommendations and touches ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence, monitoring and assessing revenue opportunities for the hotel, planning, and preparing the Front Office revenue and expenses, and assuring the financial goals of the department are met.

 

You will have a special talent for building, leading, coaching, training, and developing a strong team; ensuring our employees feel at home and receive the highest levels of support and care along with creating a great workplace for all great people to deliver great experiences.

 

Our Ideal Director of Rooms candidate will have:

Experience in a diversity of operational rooms division management positions with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within Front Office focusing on service quality.  You will ideally have hotel pre-opening experience, and expertise in Opera, HotSOS, and Birchstreet.

 

You will have a special talent for ensuring our guests feel at home and receive the highest levels of service excellence, be a passionate and motivated leader with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong business acumen, a passion for service and an exceptional eye for detail, and a desire to promote a continuous learning environment that creates an atmosphere for professional development opportunities.

 

Fluency in Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with current eligibility to work in Lebanon.
