We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dry Cleaner to join our team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Dry Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality cleaning services to our valued customers, ensuring their garments are expertly cleaned, pressed, and cared for.

• Operate and maintain dry cleaning equipment, ensuring proper use of cleaning solvents and chemicals
• Inspect garments for stains, damages, or special care instructions before cleaning
• Apply appropriate cleaning methods based on fabric type and care labels
• Perform stain removal treatments using specialised techniques and products
• Press and finish garments to a high standard, ensuring they are wrinkle-free and properly shaped
• Conduct basic mending and alterations as needed
• Sort and organise cleaned items for customer pick-up
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns professionally
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
