Duties and Responsibilities
To ensure that the uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition, ensuring personal appearance and hygiene standards are an example for the team and demonstrate a professional image for our guests
To handle all dry cleaning requests for both guests and colleague uniforms using equipment provided
To provide guests with requested services at all times, ensuring all queries are handled in order to achieve full satisfaction
