Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai is currently looking for Duty Engineer who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating a memorable guest experience. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Engineering.

Work Authorization for the location is required.

What you will do

• Support the Department Head in leading, motivating, and developing a high‑performing Engineering team while fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability
• Oversee daily resort maintenance operations (M&E), including powerhouse activities, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to brand standards
• Supervise and coordinate technicians across shifts, including rostering, task planning, log reviews, and follow‑ups
• Lead by example as a hands‑on manager, supporting the team during peak or critical operational periods
• Ensure effective training, coaching, onboarding, and ongoing skills development of team members, including Designated Trainers
• Promote strong employee relations, performance feedback, mentoring, and career development aligned with company values
• Maintain organized departmental administration, records, tools, and equipment while ensuring a safe and compliant work environment
