Engineering Coordinator

As an Engineering Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of all tasks, including:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations within the engineering department, ensuring that all the daily office work is maintained in perfect condition.
• Provide a support service to the Engineering department to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the department
• Writes general store requisition forms and gets the approval accordingly.
• Send the form to the general store and upon receiving the items check the quantities ordered.
• Prepares the department’s roasters, attendance sheets, spare parts stock (In & OUT), Utilities reports, monthly reports, training calendar, special assignments, SLAs, Annual Maintenance Contracts, Annual leave plans etc.
• Coordination with Suppliers, Contractor, Vendors etc
• Follow up on general room repairs, preventative maintenance inspections and repairs including scheduling of all these works as per computerized system
• Ensure all emergency and life safety equipment and systems are inspected, tested and certified.
• Understanding and following blueprints or building plans
• Collaborate with other departments to support maintenance and renovation projects.
• Keeping the workspace clean and always organized.
• Upholding InterContinental’s guidelines and service standards, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
