Role Overview:

At Marriott, we create memorable experiences that bring people together. As the Event Planning Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of exceptional events, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to service excellence and brand standards.

In this role, you will manage the full event lifecycle – from understanding each client’s vision to coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless and memorable experiences. Combining strong commercial awareness with a passion for hospitality, you will drive revenue, build lasting client relationships, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Guest Experience

• Partner with clients to understand their vision and deliver tailored event solutions
• Ensure each event reflects Marriott’s high standards of quality, service, and attention to detail
• Oversee end-to-end event execution, including setup, service, and post-event follow-up

Culinary & Product Collaboration

• Work closely with the Culinary team to design customised menus aligned with client needs and brand standards
• Ensure all catering offerings meet quality expectations and enhance the guest experience
