Job mission

Lead the management of the hotel’s Kitchen area, ensuring the correct implementation of the company’s strategy and standards. Responsible for developing and leading the team, ensuring compliance with corporate procedures, food safety and sustainability regulations, and contributing to a distinctive guest experience aligned with the brand’s values ​​and standards.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Ensure the implementation and compliance with the kitchen strategy, standards, and procedures defined by the company.
  • To guarantee the quality of the gastronomic offer, the consistency of the product and the efficiency of the kitchen operations.
  • Manage and monitor the economic results of the area, tracking budgets, costs, productivity and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and promote action plans aimed at optimizing results and customer experience.
  • Lead the selection, development, training and performance evaluation of the teams under your charge, fostering a committed and excellence-oriented work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies regarding food safety, occupational health, risk prevention and sustainability.
  • Coordinate the relationship with suppliers and ensure compliance with established purchasing processes.
  • Promote commercial, gastronomic and marketing initiatives that contribute to the positioning and attractiveness of the hotel’s F&B offer.
  • Ensuring an excellent customer experience, managing incidents and promoting a service culture focused on satisfaction and loyalty.
