Job Summary:

Ensure an enjoyable and welcoming stay for our international guests by maintaining the highest housekeeping standards throughout the hotel.

Take responsibility for cleanliness across all hotel areas, including daily quality inspections and checks of guest rooms and public spaces.

Lead, coach, and support the housekeeping team while ensuring compliance with all cleaning and quality standards.

Organize staff schedules and coordinate daily team assignments.

Oversee quality assurance, inventory management, purchasing, stock control, and regular stock-taking.

Actively support daily operations within the department and collaborate closely with the Front Office and Maintenance teams.
Job Qualifications:

Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness, order, and hygiene.

Completed hospitality, tourism, or a related education, combined with several years of leadership experience in a similar role.

High level of flexibility, resilience, and reliability, with the ability to work independently while fostering a strong team spirit.
