Based at the Mandarin Oriental New York within the Stewarding Department in New York City, the Executive Steward is responsible for the management and leadership of the Stewarding department, while maintaining all required standards and achieving financial objectives.
The Executive Steward reports to the Executive Chef.
As Executive Steward, you will responsible for the following duties:
• Lead and provide essential vision to the stewarding operation. Deliver quality to guests and satisfaction to the colleagues though learning and development, team building and interaction. The Executive Steward is responsible for the entire stewarding operation as well as financial responsibilities to our shareholders and corporate offices.
