Position Summary: 

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm, friendly, and professional first impression.
• Support the coordination of guest bookings, farm tours, and activities.
• Guide visitors through farm experiences, providing information about produce, animals, and sustainability practices.
• Assist with hands‑on farm activities as needed to enhance guest engagement.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest areas, pathways, and activity stations.
• Support farm events, tastings, workshops, or farm‑to‑table experiences.
• Respond to guest questions or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Collaborate with farm staff to ensure smooth daily operations and guest flow.

About You:  

• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Working rights in Fiji
• Bring a warm, friendly, and professional approach to every guest interaction.
• Have strong communication skills and enjoy guiding and educating visitors.
• Are comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Are proactive, willing to assist with farm tasks, and show initiative.
• Can work flexibly, including weekends or special events where required.
• Are dependable, trustworthy, and committed to delivering high‑quality service.
• Have previous experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, or related areas (advantageous but not essential).
