MISSION:

  • Customer service: Greet guests, offer them a friendly welcome and provide them with information about the hotel’s services and the area.
  • Check-in and check-out: Collaborate in the check-in and check-out of guests, ensuring that the processes are quick and accurate.
  • Reservation management: Assist in the management, modification or cancellation of reservations, keeping the information up to date.
  • Telephone reception: Answering telephone calls, redirecting them, and taking messages for guests or staff.
  • Correspondence handling: Receiving, distributing and managing correspondence and packages for both guests and the hotel.
  • Administrative support: Perform administrative tasks such as updating records and preparing occupancy reports.
  • Handling complaints and requests: Attend to and resolve guest requests and complaints, referring them when necessary.
  • Coordination with other departments: Maintain constant communication with other departments to ensure a satisfactory experience for guests.
  • Inform the guest about the services provided by the hotel and attend to any requests from them.
  • Performing up-selling according to the program established by the company.
  • Try to build customer loyalty through the tools that the company provides.
  • Other duties related to the position

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Tourism, Accommodation or similar
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position and in a similar category establishment. 
  • A high level of English is essential. Other languages, such as French or German, are a plus.
  • Opera Cloud Management
  • Organized, decisive person, with a predisposition and ease of teamwork.
  • Strong service orientation and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work weekends, rotating shifts and holidays.
