Front Desk Agent

Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Lotus Hotels, Inc. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest requests.
• Answer phone calls and provide information about the hotel, amenities, and local area.
• Respond to guest questions or concerns and help resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments regarding guest needs.
• Maintain an organized and professional front desk and lobby area.
• Follow Marriott brand standards and hotel policies and procedures.
• Complete assigned shift duties and accurately communicate important information to the next shift.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Comfortable using computers and learning hotel systems.
• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
