Salary Range: $115,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually

This isn’t a standard desk job. We need a bold culture leader who lives and breathes the Moxy vibe—someone who effortlessly blends serious operational hustle with a spirited, playful atmosphere. You’ll be the ultimate brand ambassador in the community while smashing financial targets, keeping the crew hyped, and ensuring our guests have unforgettable stays, all in line with Twenty Four Seven Hotels standards.

* Own the Moxy vision and keep it alive, buzzing, and perfectly aligned with ownership goals.

* Build a high-performance squad where accountability meets serious fun, fostering a culture of spirited service and deep crew engagement.

* Lead by example from the floor, ensuring a guest-first, experiential mindset across every single shift.

* Recruit, mentor, and level-up your department heads and crew; championing internal promotion and sticking around for the long haul.

* Oversee total hotel operations, including the Crew (Front Desk + Bar mashup), Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Sales, and Admin.

* Deliver non-boring guest experiences that get people talking, driving major love on social media and guest satisfaction metrics.

* Squash guest issues creatively and execute lightning-fast, brilliant service recovery when things go sideways.

* Keep it legit by maintaining full compliance with Marriott/Moxy brand standards, safety rules, and operational procedures.
