Property Overview:

Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks is an upper-upscale hotel located within the prestigious Embassy GolfLinks Business Park in Bengaluru, one of India’s most prominent technology and corporate hubs. The 247 key property overlooks the Karnataka Golf Association course and offers direct proximity to leading multinational companies.

The General Manager at Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Golf Links is responsible for managing daily hotel operations and providing overall leadership in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

 

1. Champion Business Excellence

  • Drive the hotel’s financial success and guest satisfaction by exceeding key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop revenue generating strategies for the hotel
  • Stay ahead of market trends and seize new opportunities

 

2. Lead with Vision

  • Inspire a culture of excellence by providing strong leadership to all team members.
  • Monitor and develop team member performance, particularly the executive team and department heads
  • Foster a workplace where every team member thrives and contributes to the property’s collective goals

  • Manage operations with a keen eye for detail
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as necessary to exceed guest expectations
