JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the General Manager of the Hotel, the successful candidate will focus his/ her efforts on our 2 Fallsview Restaurants- the Fallsview Grand Buffet and the award –winning Massimo’s Italian Fallsview Restaurant. In this role, the successful candidate will oversee food and beverage Front of House restaurant /food and beverage operations by engaging a focused and highly motivated team to ensure that revenue, outstanding guest service and satisfaction, applicable Sheraton brand standards, and operating profitability which meet or exceed existing and competitive benchmarks.
Essential Functions
•Creates, champions and ensures outstanding and passionate standards of food and beverage product and service are provided to guests of Massimo’s Italian Fallsview Restaurant and the Fallsview Grand buffet according to Company and any related Brand standards.
•In co-operation with the Hotel’s Executive Chef, General Manager and Sales team- Develops, recommends, implements, and manages the division’s finalized annual budget and related group business sales plans- adjusted for seasonal business variability.
