About the location:
We are looking for a General Manager with strong experience in new developments and pre-openings, within Four Seasons. The role requires exposure to residential operations, with preference for candidates who have led resort or island properties.
The successful candidate demonstrates strong commercial acumen, with the ability to drive business performance in competitive markets. A solid background in Food & Beverage is essential, with experience in developing and managing diverse dining concepts.
This role also requires strong project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities, ensuring effective execution of timelines, budgets, and design integrity throughout the pre-opening phase. Familiarity with the Japan market, including cultural awareness and local sensitivities, is important.
This opportunity is for the upcoming new opening, Four Seasons Resort Okinawa, Japan.
