As General Manager, you will: ✦ Lead a property from pre-opening through launch and into sustained growth ✦ Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing hospitality team ✦ Own the guest experience, brand standards, and commercial results ✦ Be a founding face of Arrival in two of South Indias most dynamic cities What were looking for: ✦ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role ✦ A proven record in guest satisfaction, revenue performance, and team leadership ✦ A builders mindset, someone who is energised by new openings and fast-growing brands ✦ A belief that warm, personal service is what travellers remember This is a rare chance to shape a brand at the start of its next chapter, and to help write the story of Arrival from the first day.
