We’re Hiring | Hotel General Manager – Mumbai*

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our hotel operations at Dadar East, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee overall hotel operations and ensure smooth daily functioning

2. Drive guest satisfaction through high service standards

3. Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls

4. Lead, train, and motivate department heads and staff

5. Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and hygiene regulations

6. Develop strategies to improve occupancy, revenue, and brand presence

*Requirements:*

1. Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a senior hotel leadership role

2. Strong operational, financial, and people management skills

3. Excellent leadership and communication abilities

4. Customer-focused approach with attention to detail

Salary Monthly in hand 45k + Incentives
