We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Fairmont Southampton as our new Golf Manager. The Golf Manager reports to the Director of Leisure & Recreation and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the golf department, delivering an exceptional experience for members, resort guests, and visitors. This role combines operational leadership, guest engagement, team development, and commercial awareness to ensure the golf experience reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Golf Operations & Guest Experience

• Oversee the daily operation of the golf department, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival through completion of play.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout golf operations and ensure all guest touchpoints meet Fairmont service standards.
• Build strong relationships with members and guests, anticipating needs and responding confidently to requests or concerns.
• Oversee tee-time management, player flow, course access, golf services, and daily operational requirements.
• Ensure the golf shop, practice areas, clubhouse, and other guest-facing areas are clean, organized, and presented to luxury standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and take ownership of service recovery to ensure concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.
