About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris within the Housekeeping department, the Housekeeping Supervisor reports to the Executive Housekeeper.

As Housekeeping Supervisor you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Ensure the daily upkeep and cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, checking that all quality and hygiene standards (including HACCP) are met.
• Supervise, organize, and coordinate the housekeeping team, while supporting training and development to maintain service excellence.
• Inspect room conditions and equipment regularly, reporting and following up on any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Collaborate closely with other hotel departments (especially front desk and technical services) to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Manage stock levels of amenities and housekeeping supplies.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as daily briefings, tracking absences, system entries, and opening/closing procedures.

As Housekeeping Supervisor we expect from you:
