OBJECTIF DU POSTE :
Superviser les équipes des étages. Entretenir l’étage dans un très bon état technique et de propreté. Former en permanence les équipes aux critères de qualité. Connaissance parfaite des tâches à accomplir par les équipes d’étage. Le remplacement ponctuel de l’Assistante Gouvernante Générale peut être demandé.
FONCTIONS ESSENTIELLES :
Gérer et offrir aux clients un service agréable, efficace et professionnel conformément aux Standards Four Seasons. Etre responsable de la préparation des chambres pour la clientèle VIP.
1. Doit avoir un comportement professionnel tout le temps et adhérer aux critères de qualité de la Compagnie et de l’Hôtel ainsi qu’au règlement intérieur de l’Hôtel.
2. Doit avoir une présentation impeccable tout le temps et se présenter à l’heure.
3. Doit prévenir son service à temps en cas de problème. Doit prendre et comprendre son rapport de travail, doit connaître la liste des VIP et autres clients et en informer son personnel.
4. Doit informer son personnel afin qu’il s’adresse aux clients en utilisant le nom du client.
5. Doit respecter les règles d’hygiène et de Sécurité ainsi que les critères de qualité et procédures au sein de son service.
6. Formation des nouvelles Femmes de Chambres en fonction des critères de qualité établis.
7. Doit savoir diriger l’équipe des Femmes de Chambre sur les étages et faire des inspections quotidiennement.
8. Savoir-faire des recommandations, résoudre certains conflits, faire du coaching et prendre des sanctions disciplinaires lorsque cela s’avère nécessaire.
9. Responsable du bon déroulement du travail et de l’esprit d’équipe dans les étages.
10. S’assurer d’un service optimum pour le client.
