About the Job
Based at Mandarin Oriental, Geneva, the Floor Supervisor reports directly to the Head Housekeeper.
As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for :
· Maintain cleanliness standards
· Distribute and control keys
· Handle lost property
· Respond promptly to customer requests
· Be responsible for safety by ensuring that corridors and offices are tidy so that they do not obstruct emergency exits
· Be responsible for customer safety: report suspicious behavior or unusual objects, etc.
· Participate in the training of new subordinates and the ongoing training of others
· Ensure smooth shift transitions
· Organize the work of subordinates
· Welcome and serve customers according to the hospitality principles of a 5-star hotel, in line with the expectations of the Mandarin Oriental Group and Swiss Deluxe.
