POSITION SUMMARY
Designs and produces marketing materials including, but not limited to, advertisements, collateral, signage, flash pieces, electronic brochures and presentations that reflect the brand’s image and style in order to drive hotel revenue. Partners with marketing managers and related operational departments as part of a project team providing design and conceptualization solutions pertaining to deliverables. Maintains familiarity with customer demographics and develops an appropriate look and feel for all promotion and event related collateral. Monitors the progress of all projects, including the maintenance of project files and archives, and provides continuous communication to the Marketing and/or project team regarding ongoing project and status updates. Executes various aspects of production including, printing, scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, and file manipulation and layout.
Responsible in helping shape the property’s brand image and guest experience through visually compelling design. This role involves creating high-quality visual materials that reflect the hotel’s premium standards, including promotional campaigns, digital content, in-house collaterals, event signage, menus, and brand communications. The graphic artist works closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Events teams to develop creative concepts that enhance the hotel’s identity, attract discerning guests, and support revenue-driven initiatives such as weddings, corporate events, and seasonal promotions. Attention to detail, a refined sense of aesthetics, and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints are essential, as all outputs must align with the hotel’s sophisticated image. Additionally, the role requires staying updated with design trends while ensuring that all creative work conveys elegance, exclusivity, and a world-class guest experience expected from a luxury hospitality environment.

Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college in Graphic Design.
Related Work Experience: 3 to 5 years Graphic Design experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
