About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center’s Group Sales Manager will be responsible for driving group sales revenue.
What you will do
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve group sales targets and revenue goals.
– Identify potential group clients and proactively generate leads through networking, industry events, and other sales initiatives.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
– Collaborate with the Director of Sales to create compelling sales proposals and presentations for group clients.
– Conduct site visits, and familiarization trips to showcase the property’s amenities and services.
– Negotiate and finalize group contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the hotel.
– Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
– Attend trade shows, conferences, and sales events to promote the hotel and establish professional networks.
What you bring
-Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
-High attention to detail and customer service skills
-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Hospitality or a related field is preferred
-at least 2 years of experience in Group Sales preferred
-Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
-Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
