GUEST CONCIERGE

Job mission:

The Sales Advisor at Club by Meliá is the brand’s commercial ambassador, responsible for offering consultative sales experiences focused on understanding customer needs and providing them with the best solution.

The Guest Concierge is the first ambassador of Club by Meliá, responsible for offering an exceptional and friendly service, using every contact with the guest as an opportunity to create a connection, inspire trust and spark interest in learning about the benefits of Circle by Meliá.

Their mission is to transform hospitality into a personalized and authentic experience, naturally generating business opportunities and contributing to the success of the sales team.

1. Before the interaction:

·Identify guests with potential interest in Club by Meliá products and services.
·Prepare and plan the day of contacts, prioritizing high-value profiles.
• Keep guest records updated in the CRM and coordinate the invitation schedule.

2. During the stay:

·Offer a personalized, warm and professional service from the first contact.
·Use conversation and empathy as key tools to build trust.
• Proactively invite guests with a suitable profile to visit the sales room, highlighting the benefits. Make natural and effective presentations of the Circle by Meliá program, without exerting sales pressure.
·Communicate to the Sales Advisor the relevant information obtained during the interaction (profile, interests, motivations, objections).

3. After the interaction:

• Accurately record the results of each invitation in the CRM, ensuring traceability and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition between Guest Concierge and Sales Advisor.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings focused on continuous improvement.
·Analyze the results obtained and propose improvements to optimize conversion and guest satisfaction.

Who you will be working with:

You will work closely with the Hotel, its reception department to identify potential guests interested in our service, and with the Sales area to provide support to guests throughout their stay at the hotel.

While the Guest Concierge focuses on building trust, inviting, and pre-qualifying guests, the Sales Advisor leads the presentation, negotiation, and closing of the sale. This synergy ensures an exceptional experience for both the guest and the marketing and sales team.

You will be part of a collaborative, feedback-based culture that values ​​clear communication and shared responsibility for success.

Essential Requirements:

·Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, concierge or similar positions.
• Availability to work weekends when the operation requires it.
·Passion for hospitality.
• Proactive, positive and results-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Commercial sensitivity and ability to build trusting relationships.

 

Desirable Requirements:

•Training in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing or International Trade
• Fluent level of English (second language: French, Portuguese or German is a plus).
•Possibility of temporary geographical mobility if the operation requires it to other Resorts of the company.
