About the job
Based at the Emirates palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi within the Front Office Department, the Guest Experience Ambassador is responsible for providing personalized services to hotel guests such as in room amenity delivery, special occasion creation and set up all with a friendly and caring manner according to policies and procedures and LQA standards. The Guest Experience Ambassador reports to the Front Office Manager.
