As a  Guest Service Agent,  you will be responsible for the daily operations of the department, handling all customer requests via telephone and committing to achieving excellence in customer satisfaction. 

What are we looking for?

• Higher education in Tourism, Marketing or similar
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar position in 5* hotels
• Knowledge of hotel operations.
• Knowledge of hotel management tools.
• Knowledge of telephone service.
• Strong commitment to service and attention to detail.
• Proactivity, problem-solving, and innovation.
• Communication skills.
• Ability to organize and plan tasks.
• A high level of English is essential; a second language is highly valued.
