Job Mission
Lead and manage the technical department together with the hotel’s Technical Manager, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance of the facilities, optimizing resources, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and contributing to an excellent guest experience.
Main Responsibilities
Planning, coordination, and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance. Management of the technical team: organization, training, evaluation, and follow-up. Budget control and management of external suppliers. Ensuring regulatory compliance (occupational health and safety, fire protection, Legionella, electrical systems, etc.). Guaranteeing the operational readiness of critical systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and elevators. Leading energy efficiency, sustainability, and technical improvement projects. Coordinating special interventions during events or periods of high occupancy. Ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing incidents.
Candidate profile
Training:
Higher Vocational Training in Maintenance or similar, Technical Engineering or similar.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in the hotel or commercial building sector. Demonstrable experience in managing technical teams and suppliers.
Technical skills: Air conditioning and HVAC systems, Electrical and low voltage installations, Plumbing and hydraulics, Fire protection systems, BMS management and energy efficiency
Key Competencies: Leadership and people management, Decision-making and problem-solving, Customer focus, Organizational skills, Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement
