Mission:  You will lead the Technical Services department in the organization and supervision of the team’s personnel activities to ensure compliance with regulations related to the maintenance of the facilities and thus offer an optimal operating condition of the equipment and quality in customer service, contributing to the achievement of the hotel’s operational, economic and quality objectives.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position in 4* and 5* hotels.
• Training related to the position, Engineering degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in Building Maintenance (Facility Management)
• Advanced knowledge in electromechanical systems and civil engineering.
• Strong focus on excellence and quality in a safe environment
• High Focus on Energy Efficiency
• Experience in team management and initiative
• Focus on internal customer service
• SIHOT/OPERA program management
• Intermediate-advanced level of English
• Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint)
