About the role:
The Spa Attendant plays an integral role in the success and day-to-day operations of the Four Seasons Spa and Fitness Center. As the winner of Missouri’s Best Hotel Spa Award in 2024, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining state-of-the-art facilities. The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the locker rooms, spa lounges, and fitness areas. They will also provide spa tours to guests and are expected to offer additional information and recommendations on various treatment options. The spa embodies all Four Seasons cultural values while maintaining established standards, with professionalism expected at all times. This role reports to the Spa Manager and is overseen by the Senior Spa Director.
