MISSION: Responsible for all administrative and operational tasks of the department. Ensures that guest rooms and public areas meet hotel and brand standards and that cleaning procedures are implemented. 

Main responsibilities:

• Supervise all daily cleaning operations in rooms and common areas.
• Coordinate and lead the team: scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, training and evaluation.
• Ensure service quality through controls, satisfaction metrics, and mystery guests.
• Ensure the proper management of inventories, supplies, linens and amenities.
• Control orders, department budget and cost analysis together with the Business Partner.
• Manage customer incidents and complaints, prioritizing excellence in the guest experience.
• Collaborate closely with reception, food and beverage and Guest Experience.
• Comply with and promote the hotel’s safety, occupational health and sustainability standards.
• Participate in team selection, development and well-being processes.
