Housekeeper

The eclectic Embassy Suites by Hilton Sacramento Riverfront Promenade is looking for a housekeeper to join the housekeeping team!

Our hotel overlooks the Sacramento River, next to the iconic Tower Bridge. We’re within a 10-minute walk of the Old Sacramento Waterfront District and events at the Golden 1 Center. Local art throughout the hotel depicts Sacramento history and life along the river.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Previous cleaning experience; preferably in hotel housekeeping.
• At least six months of customer service experience.
• Previous laundry or housekeeping experience.
• Flexible with schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Most importantly a service heart to deliver a high level of service to our guests!

Classification: Full-Time

Shift: Must be able to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Schedule: Weekdays 8:00am-4:30pm and Weekends 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Pay Rate: $19.35 per hour

What will you do as a Hilton Housekeeper?

Hilton Housekeepers are the heart of our hospitality, making our hotels a home away from home for our guests! Your meaningful work impacts the guest’s stay from start to finish, providing a safe and clean environment for all.

A day in the life of a Hilton Housekeeper may include:

• Friendly interactions with our guests to make their stay memorable and comfortable
• Cleaning our guest rooms to keep them in excellent shape, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and ownership of the room product
• Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels and guest supplies and amenities
• Wearing your comfortable Team Member apparel specially designed with your function in mind
• Stocking, organizing and transporting the housekeeping supply cart across the hotel, allowing you to get your steps in and stay active!
• Enjoying your complimentary shift meal with your fellow Team Members in the Heart of House: our dedicated employee area
• Being a key part of the Hilton mission: Filling the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality!
