Job Mission:
To ensure the cleanliness, order and perfect presentation of assigned rooms, suites and areas, providing guests with a luxurious and comfortable environment that exceeds their expectations.
What will you have to do?
– Perform daily cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of guest rooms and suites, adhering to the hotel’s quality and luxury standards.
– Change bed linens and towels, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms are fully equipped for guests.
– Conduct regular room inspections to identify any damage and report it to the maintenance or housekeeping department. – Follow established procedures for lost and found and ensure guest privacy and security. – Collaborate with the housekeeping team to keep storage areas organized and ensure the availability of materials and supplies.
– Ensure compliance with the hygiene, sustainability, and safety protocols established by the company.
What are we looking for?
– Previous experience as a hotel housekeeper, preferably in luxury hotels, is a plus.
– Attention to detail, organization, and efficiency in completing tasks.
– Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented. – Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. – Basic knowledge of English for interacting with international guests is a plus.
