Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
• Ensure guest rooms are properly cleaned, organized, and presented before guest arrival.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with hotel procedures and brand standards.
• Report any maintenance issues, damaged items, or unusual conditions in guest rooms to the relevant department.
• Handle guest belongings with care and follow the hotel’s lost and found procedures.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and provide courteous and professional service at all times.
• Use cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies safely and correctly.
• Maintain proper housekeeping equipment and ensure all supplies are stored appropriately.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures related to safety, hygiene, security, and environmental sustainability.
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management.
