As a Spa and Wellness – Housekeeping Attendant, you play a vital role in ensuring every aspect of our Spa is flawlessly presented, spotless and thoughtfully detailed. • Impeccable Cleanliness — Maintain exceptional presentation and cleanliness of the spa
• Linen & Supply Care — Replenish towels, linens, and guest supplies with accuracy and consistency
• Cleaning Standards — Follow all cleaning procedures, including deep‑cleaning schedules and Fairmont brand standards
• Maintenance Reporting — Identify and report maintenance concerns promptly
• Guest Privacy — Handle guest belongings with absolute respect, discretion, and professionalism
• Guest Interaction — Respond warmly and professionally to guest requests with a guest‑first mindset
• Health & Safety Compliance — Adhere to hygiene, COSHH, and manual‑handling regulations
• Daily Briefings — Participate in briefings and ongoing training to maintain service excellence
• Lost & Found — Support accurate, confidential handling of lost‑and‑found items
• Team Culture — Contribute to a respectful, positive, and supportive team environment

• Experience — Minimum 1 year of housekeeping or cleaning experience, ideally in a luxury hotel
