Housekeeping Manager

We are looking for a motivated Style (Housekeeping) Supervisor to join the W Prague team.

What you’ll do

• Supervise daily housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Inspect guestrooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Coordinate room assignments, supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
• Lead, train, and support the housekeeping team.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure exceptional service.
• Monitor standards, budgets, inventory, and operational efficiency.
• Create a positive, collaborative team environment and recognize great performance.

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma/GED + 2 years of housekeeping or related experience OR a relevant 2-year hospitality/business degree.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations.
