Big things are coming to Sofitel Queenstown. In 2027 we begin a major refurbishment of our F&B, room offerings and launch new spa experiences. We’re looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who wants to be part of these exciting opportunities.

Oversee the daily operations, inspections and team performance to maintain impeccable cleanliness, presentation and service flow. The role champions Sofitel’s luxury culture through strong coordination, coaching and collaboration across departments to enhance the guest experience.

• Support the Executive Housekeeper in the seamless, efficient and refined operation of the department, upholding Sofitel’s luxury service culture. Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of the Housekeeping department, including Housekeeping Attendants, Self-Checkers, Turn-down Attendants, Public Areas Attendants, Houseman.
• Conduct thorough daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces, ensuring all areas meet defined performance and presentation standards.
