インスペクター業務
スタッフの管理:
清掃スタッフのシフトを管理し、業務の割り振りや指導を行います。また、清掃スタッフの育成や評価も担当
品質管理:
清掃基準を遵守させ、ゲストが快適に過ごせるように客室の状態を常に良好に保つように管理
メンテナンス管理:
客室の修理やメンテナンスが必要な場合は、エンジニアリング部門と連携し対応
予算管理:
ハウスキーピング部門の予算を管理
その他:
ゲストからの要望に対応したり、遺失物対応など、ハウスキーピングに関する様々な業務
【Need valid Visa in Japan】
-ハウスキーピング１年以上経験者 -英語での日常会話ができる方 -ホテルや接客業経験者（ブランクがあってもOK) – コミュニケーションをとることが大好きな方 – お客様に特別な体験を提供することを考えるとワクワクする方 – 向上心があり、達成思考の高い方 – 仲間に思いやりを持って接することができる方 – タイムマネジメントが得意で効率的に仕事ができる方 – PC操作ができる方（Word/Excel）
